The property was pristine and beautiful! On arrival, they greeted us with a flower necklace and delicious tea, we felt so welcomed! We booked the least expensive room, but were not delighted...so we asked about getting changed. They offered us an amazing suite with a private pool for $30 USD more per night - and we LOVED it! (We even tried to stay an extra night, but flights were sold out, to our great disappointment.) Communicating with staff was easy via Whatsapp, and they were very responsive (all departments reached with one number.) The restaurant was open to the beach, even had a few tables in the sand, and was clean and delicious. The massage was good and reasonable, but not cheap, like in local places. They offered to get us a car to go to the airport for $50 USD, but we got a Gojek for around $35. (Gojek or Bluebird taxis are less available in the area, but we were able to get one without a problem.)

Julie and her family are super attentive people, always smiling and willing to teach us some Indonesian. They are great cooks and their breakfast was always changing and always wonderful! I can't eat gluten and they made wonderful variations all the time so I was never hungry :). Lovely, helpful staff - They arranged a boat transfer for us to Gili Air and when there was a misunderstanding about the meeting point they quickly came down and sorted it out for us! Lovely gardens and clean, cold pool. Kettle and mugs in room but strangely no tea/coffee! Great new yello “OFO” bikes with basket to rent. Short walk down “Mini Golf” road to beach and great snorkeling.
