Absolutely nothing. My sister was with me who had stayed in the hotel 30 years ago in its hayday. She was so shocked and disappointed. We won't be returning and suggest that if you don't want to play golf, book somewhere else.

Nice hotel set in well maintained grounds beside the golf course with easy access to parking. The suite was a good size with a large comfortable bed and TV. The bathroom had a massive bath and a really good spacious shower.

The look, style, and architecture of the building. The golf course looks nice (if you play golf). The bar atmosphere was good.

The staff were very helpful, it was very clean. Dinner service was a little slow but they were busy. The golf course is a bonus is of a standard that both regular & rookie golfers can play & enjoy it.

We were very pleased to be upgraded to a suite on our arrival. However it was disappointing that no where in the hotel up until 6pm could you get a drink or lunch etc. You could go to the adjoining golf club bar but we found this uncomfortable and although the lady working in there was brilliant and an asset to the hotel you were made to feel very unwelcome by the golfers. There was no comfy seating and it was quite chilly.

The location is great. The golf course makes it pretty although we didn't go there to play golf. The room was large and the facilities were plentiful as there is no shortage of space.
