We enjoyed the breakfast which was brought to the table, no buffet. There was an interesting choice of cooked breakfast dishes. The room was very comfortable, really soft pillows and plenty drawer space. We had early dinner in the restaurant which had a choice of three mains and was excellent value. Everything was delicious.

Well equipped with good bedding and towels. Everything very clean. The mill is on a main road but our cottage was set back from the road so no problem with traffic noise. Enjoyed watching the deer, hares and birds from the windows overlooking the fields. Great location for walks along the coast and easy access to Chichester.

This is a dog hotel that caters for golfers, gym members, spa visitors, conference delegates, oh, and occasionally regular guests too. Good and heartfelt welcome, an early check-in as a bonus and a fire crackling in the grate in reception, so far so good. Access to the Health Suite and well equipped gym for all guests as promised gave us an appetite for a late lunch.
