What a wonderful weekend getaway in this family run hotel spanning four generations! We loved the new wellness area with its good sized pool, jacuzzi and saunas. The food was excellent - and the delicious breakfast a good start to the day. The staff was kind and helpful with special thanks to Vanessa for her patience with the four of us for every meal and choosing great local wine! This area is recovering from the 2021 floods slowly but surely and we were so glad we visited to support their efforts. There is so much to see and do in the Ahr region. Thank you Villa Aurora for the lovely stay! We’ll be back!

We had a big bedroom with roll down shutters for a good night's sleep on an immense and comfortable bed. We had the new(?) and excellent sauna all to ourselves which was a real treat and as we were out of season we got a really good price.

The whole place is bright, modern and well appointed - bigger and better than the photos look. We were very comfortable for the week. Clear communication from host before arrival and very friendly in person. He was always on hand in the adjoining property and was happy to be contacted with any queries. High chair provided for my 8 month old (we took our own travel cot) and the outside terrace and grass was large for our dog and baby to enjoy.
