The location was excellent. The village peaceful, charming and clean. The people really nice. The hosts took us to the ticket office of Great wall and came to pick us up- we also arranged with them the transportation to airport going back. They were really adorable and sweet. Highly recommended - as mentioned in the other posts, language was not a real issue. We all managed to communicate and had an incredible stay. We loved the open space concept of the place. Made you feel as part of the family.

We were greeted with smiles and the food was delicious. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area.
