We didn't meet Barbara our host but she was so accommodating when we arrived early and wanted to leave a little later than check out. Allowing us to leave our luggage in a safe place. The apartment itself was equipped with everything even down to dish washer tablets/plasters etc. Loved the bedroom and the bathroom....had a beautiful rustic feel. Well renovated. Great communication, pointed out a great eating places and even got us a reservation at a fine restaurant that is usually booked up. The apartment is about a 30 minute walk from the train station and just a short walk from many of the city sights. The apartment is in a rustic old building with lots of character, clean and well equiped. A good base for seeing the sights of Bologna.AllenYoung couple

The apartment was clean, we got a bottle of still water in the fridge and a 10cl bottle of the olive oil made on their family farm. Communication is also top.
