Staff was extremely friendly - my early-morning flight arrived early, and I was able to check-in way before the schedule, and slept really well before the night event.

Host always answered questions very quickly. Location is really good for shops (huge Mall of Tripla shopping centre 2 mins walk away with lots of shops and places to eat), walk through the shopping centre and you are at Pasila station (5 mins walk from appartment). Trams 1 minute walk from appartment and trams/buses outside the station. 1 stop (5 mins maybe) from pasila to Helsinki central station.

The kitchen had all the basic necessities. Everything was super clean and easy to find. The balcony was amazing, both with the view as well as the amazing balcony chair that was super comfortable. I loved how close it was to the mall. Really wished we stayed longer, especially since the price was really good for the quality of what we got.

Very cute style furniture and color palette. Huge windows and surprisingly big bedrooms. Cozy rugs. It is winter so we didn't get to use the patio but it looks like it would be lovely in the summer. There was lots of toilet paper and shampoo/body wash available as well as extra towels. Beds and bedding were very comfortable.
