The atmosphere of this little hotel is very nice, it's more authentic than typical hotels. Breakfast was good and fresh, and the staff were generally friendly and trying to be helpful in spite of the language barrier. Decent price, and the location made it easy to get to many key places by walking or subway (about 250m away)

Really nice and comfortable hotel near the lakes. The rooms are beautiful, clean and with all you need. Especially the breakfast is really good and the the service in the hotel is really good.

The staff was truly kind and accommodating with all of my questions and needs (laundry, baggage storage, assistance with attractions and bookings). The location is 400 m from the metro so it’s easy to navigate all around the top Beijing attractions. The hotel is on a lively Hutong Alley with many shops and restaurants open late yet the hotel itself is quiet. The amenities were modern, clean and comfortable, five star feel.

Shower room and bathroom were not modern but were very adequate and the provision of sliders for the shower and slippers for the room were very appreciated. It would be good if they could provide some tea / coffee for the room - provided a kettle and mugs but no tea/coffee. It wasn't a big deal though.

The hotel was super nice and would meet European Requirements of travellers. It was spacious, modern and overall clean. The location was quite good as you could walk to Confucius and lama temple. Also there are many shops and restaurants around. The staff was sooo friendly! They helped us out so many times with difficulties that we faced and they were so warm and friendly. They also brought two bottles of water every day.

Right in the main street of the famous nanluoguxiang Hutong, the center area of the city with many many shops around. Our stay in the hotel however was not disturbed at all and actually quite quiet. And we definitely loved the outdoor balcony outside the 4th floor rooms so we changed our minds and chose it. Even though it was very cold but would be nice having a look at the old Beijing Hutong view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thanks for everything!
