Customer service provided by all the staff was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the views from the room were good.

Situated near bustling Sheikh Zayed Road, Grand Hyatt Dubai is set on landscaped gardens with 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools and boasts 13 dining and entertainment venues. We loved the service especially at breakfast. Mr. Yusuf served us very well. We were very happy with his service. We were greeted with a bon voyage cheesecake on our last day as well. It was very sweet.

Location was great. Amazing view. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great service and our room was amazing.
