Very welcoming staff (above all at the check-in ❤️).
Big studio room creek view (free up grade). Comfortable in dimension, beds, cleaning.
Very kind staff also in the night and regarding guests' services, concierge, Housekeeping and in room dining. The night auditor was very kind and helpful.
Exceptional cleaning.
Water was complimentary in the room for all the stay.
Bathroom includes shower and bath.
I work in a 5 stars hotel and staff and services of Carlton Creek are up to level of a 4 one.
We hope to come back again.

SUPERB HOTEL. THE HOTEL WINGS AND ROOMS ARE SPREAD ALL OVER THE SOUK (MARKET) THE LOBY IN ONE PLACE BREAKFAST ROOM ELSEWHERE AND A ELECTRIC GOLF CART READY ALWAYS TO TAKE YOU ANYWHER.
THE CREEK IS ALWAYS AT SIGHT WITH THE ABRA BOATS GOING BACKI AND FORTH TO DIERA ON THE OTHER SIDE.
BREAKSAST IS SIMPLY SUPERB. IT TOOK A NEPALI GIEL 7 MIN JUST TO GIVE US A TOUR OF THE BUFFE. CRAZY.
