The food and drinks that we ordered were served to our satisfaction. But the room and utilities did not meet my expectations as they look old and rundown. I honestly believed that our booking was totally overpriced. Thank goodness to the beautiful beaches surrounding Coffs Harbour, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Great family trip. Lots of things to do at sapphire beach. Mini putt putt, basketball court, riding bikes, playing in the park, walking along the beach, games room! Was a fantastic family getaway.. we'll be back next year. Just need to find a good family restaurant.

    The accommodation was absolutely filthy.

The accommodation was absolutely filthy. The room was smelly as soon as we opened the door. There was dust on the furniture which had been written on. ie. we were here!! The bed was filthy. There was no carpet on the floor. The balcony had wood rot and could be very dangerous. From car to steps leading to room was very dangerous and had not been cleaned up for use by people staying in the motel. I will never stay in Coffs Harbour again. It was $267 per night as there was a Football Carnival on and we had no idea this would fill all the motels in Coffs Harbour. One hotel was charging $500 per night and it was right on the highway. Never, ever stop at the Big Banana Accommodation. Unfortunately my husband is 81 and we felt we could not drive to the next town. Next time it will be worth sleeping on the side of the road in our car. That's how bad the accommodation was.

Only visited due to sporting activity.

Only visited due to sporting activity. Old, expensive, boring. Would never return unless I had to. Found a nice restaurant down on Coffs Harbour Jetty for dinner, that seemed classier enough to accomodate our needs.

Coffs Harbour is a nice town to holiday in with good beaches and trips into the mountains within easy reach. There are good cafes in the small shopping centre near the Jetty. There is a good variety of shops, with most of the brand names represented. Great for lovers of seafood.

Easy to find. Trouble free check-in. Very clean and functional amenities. We were right next to the kitchen so that was a bonus. Excellent huge and comfortable bed. Shower was also excellent, hot and strong. Dog friendly. Wish more hotels could get on board with this. Good location, easy short walk to Woolworths and main shopping centre with lots of choices for food. I consider our night excellent value for money and will stay there again as we do the Sydney, Brisbane trip fairly often.

The resort is amazing with many swimming pools. We loved our Room we were in 3502 and it had great views of the resort and the apartment was great for the price of $270 a night considering you pay between $150 and $300 just for a room in Coffs Harbour. Our bedroom TV was tiny tho, but it didn’t bother us as we didn’t watch tv in our room. The Tv in the lounge room was decent. overall we were super happy with our room and stay at the Charlesworth resort.

The hotel needs work, the rooms were terrible and need maintenance. No Reception and No WIFI. Its 2024 WHen we asked the managers via text which was impossible due to reception their responses were rude. We had to drive out of the resort to get reception. We were in town for OZ tag so prices were inflated, $400 per night for a room that needs work!!! spend this inflated price on getting the resort up to scratch

The pictures where no where near straight, the spa bath was dirty, the bed sunk in when u laid or sat on it, there where men outside with a truck yelling at 1:30 am, the floor had not been vacuumed. we had to cancel our reservation at beach haven and find a last minute Airbnb because there was just no effort at all put into the hotel room.

Staff were great and helpful. Room was clean, modern and pet friendly (with good strict rules) and in a good location just off the main road. The beds and pillows were comfortable, all room equipment worked and parking was located outside door. Great space allocated for pet bed next to main bed. Cheap and convenient. Would recommend.

This resort is beside the main highway, but very quiet. I am in top floor with two balconies. They are not big but good to sit somewhere to look at the views. The bed and pillows are harder than other hotels where I stayed and they suit me very well. Room size is pretty big too.

Very friendly helpful staff. Convenient location, with all the facilities you might need for a short stay in Coffs. Far enough off the main road to avoid traffic noise unlike many of the other motels along the main road. Happy to recommend this place as great value for money.

Room and Hotel are quite run down. The venue needs some serious TLC. The Pool area was clean but again quite run down and needs more care. The rooms was a good size for us 2 Adults 1 Child. The bathroom needed a more thorough clean as we found hair from previous guests.

These apartments are in the best location in Coffs Harbour! Walk across the road to the beach, a pub, a club and a couple of cafes. Short drive to main shopping centre and The Jetty precinct. Great views. Well appointed apartments, didn't need anything additional.

The staff were very kind, and nice. The best is also more comfortable than most hotels. The location was amazing, right on the beach but close enough to the city and attractions. This, however, is where the positives stop.

Friday Creek is located beautifully in the hinterland of Coffs Harbour. It is the most romantic place I have ever stayed with an open fire, beautiful view from the veranda and spa bath. I hope to visit soon again.
