The owner was very helpful and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The fitting room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would definitely stay at Ebor Lodge again!

Room was chic, well appointed with every comfort thought of. Small well stocked fridge with optional drinks and snacks if wanted. Toiletries provided were of good quality. Just over a mile from Eastbourne Pier on the south coast and 20 miles from Brighton, this award-winning inn has a great location 2 minutes’ walk from the sea. There is free WiFi and free parking on site. We have stayed at the Pilot Inn many times every time we visit England and my husband's cousin and family in Eastbourne. I love the beautiful decor inside and the food is delicious. The breakfast was also wonderful with many choices. The pub is in a great location for walking to the beach in Eastbourne. Also, it is a short drive to the Seven Sisters.

The location is perfect! Rooms are clean. Staffs are kind and friendly. Breakfast is good. It was one of the best places we stayed so far. We did not stay in a room with sea view, but you can definitely consider a room with view. The view of hotel is remarkable!

The house was as described. The garden is very large and wonderful. The breakfast was very good. Paul and Stephen are great hosts and full of advices.
