Frank the owner is very kind and responsive to our needs. We got an upgrade of the room which is huge for the three of us. We had one breakfast in room and two at their reception lounge, each were wonderful and nicely presented. Parking in their secluded garage (€22.5 a day) put our mind at ease.

The breakfast buffet is also a good offer from them, especially with outstanding Receptionist and the Service staff Mr.Enrique.

Right next door are the "Foodhallen Den Haag", where you can find very tasty street food and craft beer. The hotel is very stylish, creative and modern. A design hotel worthy of the title. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

The rooms are quiet, and the bed is comfortable, (though the mattress is starting to sag just a little in the typical parts where people lay). It has good quality, clean, white bed linen and good interior design in the rooms, lobby, restaurant etc. The daily housekeeping service restocked the glass bottle of water, coffee capsules etc daily. The in-room safe was convenient. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel.CoupleYoung couple
