Other than two small issues involving somebody else taking up my designated parking space, and the turned off heating on the day of arrival it was all good. Later was resolved promptly as someone did arrive and fix it.

Staff were so friendly! 10\10! The building and gardens themselves are stunning! Great to stay in an older building and one where, though converted to a hotel, still retains all the character. Rooms are superbly clean and so quiet, high spec bathrooms and lovely plush carpet. I would advise going for a wander around the hotel, the reading room especially is stunning! And definitely walk the gardens.

Absolutely excellent. Gorgeous food, well prepared and quick. Lovely rooms, so clean and comfortable. Can't rate highly enough. Jackie and the team are absolute stars and take exceptional care of us every time we stay. They go above and beyond to give us breakfast extra early before we go to a competition.

The room was perfectly proportioned as were the two doubles we’d requested as a family of four. Lovely long bath which is a luxury ( as we only have a 3/4 one at home). Perfect budget hotel.
