I was made most welcome when I arrived late due to problems with the plane by the reception team. They managed to get us a late booking at the restaurant so we could have something to eat . All the staff have been so friendly and helpful to me with my mobility issues and accommodating me.

This was my second stay at GoGlasgow urban hotel - my room had a small mini fridge this time which was a nice surprise. GoGlasgow is reasonably priced, has free parking and is located east walking distance to the Ibrox subway station. Highly recommend for visitors to Glasgow especially those who are driving to the city.

Although set back off a main road the road noise was barely noticeable. I liked being able to control the temperature with the wireless thermometer. The WiFi was fast. The facilities in the room and shower-room were good. It was a safe comfortable and calm space for my stay. I will definitely stay again if I am visiting the area.
