Just had breakfast in a lovely dining room. Breakfast was very nice too. I give it a total 10/10. Although it is a B and B it's like a boutique hotel. Well done the owners 😃😄

It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful interior/furnishings. Great amenities. We loved the location, only a short walk to the centre of Dumfries to restaurants and bars. It really was a home from home. Clean and stylish. The garden was lovely too and everything was looked after and well maintained. Our host William was very helpful. I can honestly say I could live in this lovely home myself!

The room had everything one could ask for and it was very cosy. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide selection of different food options. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely decor and design. Log fired hot tub was great - and not overlooked. Hosts were so helpful and thoughtful. The local area has so much to offer - countryside, beaches & history. It was idyllic.

The black out curtains and comfy beds helped us to sleep well, we were able to explore during the day and return to a lovely cooking/dining space, okay games, relax in the bath, watch tv… whatever floats your boat!
