Everything from the environment to the restaurant and the bar. Also we got a superior room due to a problem in our first one. Our stay was so good that we have booked already for next year. I need to add that the staff was absolutely great with us, extremely helpful and kind.

Berwick-Upon-Tweed
The Kings Arms Hotel is located on Hide Hill in the centre of Berwick upon Tweed. An 18th-century hotel, it was once visited by Charles Dickens, Lewis Carol and The Beatles.
The stylish rooms at The Kings Arms Hotel each feature an en suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries, a TV, a work desk and tea and coffee making facilities.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and though the building is old with some grand features, rooms have been renovated to have all necessary modern items. I was pleased that though my room was for a single, it had a desk, chair, closet, and spot to make coffee and tea. The location was great for walking all over town, and it isn’t far from the train station.
