The location is beautiful. I love how it is close to nature. Very peaceful surrounding. And close proximity to the Zhangjiajie National Park. Service was first class. Rain & Frankie always responded promptly to our requests. They also helped with our tour plan and entrance tickets. Food was delicious and freshly prepared. We also enjoyed the tea tasting at the resort and the high quality flower tea available there.

Brilliant location, just a 10 minute walk to the middle gate entrance to the park. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area which is a nice relief from the busy cities. Great rooms and amazing view from the balcony. The staff were amazing and so helpful. They gave us great advice for what to do in the park and which routes are best to take. Would recommend to any one wanting to visiting Zhangjiajie!!

Nice and cosy hostel tucked at a quiet corner from the bustling streets in the ancient city. Not difficult to navigate your way from the bus drop off point to the hostel. Alternatively, can arrange for hostel operator to meet up and show the way if preferred. Hostel operator is friendly, provides map and information of ancient city.

Hotel is situated at the corner of the hustle and bustle lane hence it's pretty quiet. Though there's no lift, staff is very helpful to help on the luggages. The owner, Mr Yang, was helpful to provide advice on the nearby facilities like massage parlour which he highlighted we should go a bit further than use the nearby lanes. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I felt like being a family member. They cared very good to me. The room was cozy and they gave me the best tips for hiking in the park! Thank you!!!

Amazing! The staff couldn’t do more for us!! The jacuzzi bath in the room was sooo relaxing after a days hiking. The breakfast was lovely! 5 mins from the airport as well!

Perfect location for the Park, 3 minutes walk from Park entrance.Views of Zhangjiajie mountains from window were amazing. Room was spacious and luxurious, clean and well designed rooms. Extremely friendly, helpful staff and owner for all travel needs,they help us booking the tickets and transportation, and everything we asked for.BTW, They provide very good food with avatar mountain veiw from hotel restaurant. We had great time here.

A luxuriously sized apartment with all the necessary amenities to make our stay super comfortable. Its location was excellent as it was linked to a large shopping mall with loads of retail shops and restaurants. It's also a 10 mins walk to the XiangYa Hospital subway station, which runs the subway line 6 direct to/from the airport. Breakfast was substantial and had a good variety.

Very friendly staff who were able to help arrange taxis and day trips. Beautiful location and facilities in a quiet village right at the park entrance.
