Par Tòt: what a thoughtful choice to name this property! We chose Par Tòt as our base for exploring Puglia. The property is located in a quiet beautiful country setting just a short distance from the historic center of Locorotondo. The building feels like a stately, spacious, tastefully decorated, welcoming home. Our room was well appointed and quite large compared to a typical hotel room in Italy or Europe in general. The property has both, rooms with in-room baths and dedicated external baths. Our bathroom was adjacent to our room and we were completely comfortable with that, although we normally insist on in-room baths. Wifi reception was very good. The property provides free and secure parking, which we very much appreciated; the security part was a must. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was very good, especially the coffee we brewed with the little Italian coffee makers. The hosts were extraordinary. While Fati was out of town, Vince far exceeded what one could expect from a host. In addition to seeing we had everything we needed on the property, he gave us recommendations for restaurants and provided valuable guidance for our exploration of Puglia. He makes himself available literally around the clock, including opening the gates to the property. Even after we left, when we had a rental car break down, he went out of his way to help us making contact with the rental car company.

We liked everything about the property. The rooms are spacious, functional and elegant. The garden is beautiful and well taken care of. The views of Locorotondo are spectacular. The staff (Maria Paula and Evano) are very friendly and efficient. The Owner (Emanuel and his lovely mother Mercedes) make a great team. Very professional and attentive of details. The food was excellent. We had a fantastic stay. Will always remember.

This family run Masseria was amazing. My partner and I had a beautiful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting locorotondo. The property is breathtakingly beautiful and the accomodation was the same. Location is great for a relaxing stay and only a short walk into Locorotondo old town which was super convenient. The breakfast is amazing with homemade cakes baked daily, fruits and vegetables from their garden and local meats and cheeses provided daily. We loved going to breakfast. They also offer tasting of their farm products including olive oil, wines and preserves. Delicious! The family is beautiful and made us feel very welcome. A truly beautiful experience. Thank you so much for hosting us!

If you dream of Apulian, fairytale, and idyllic vacations surrounded by nature, olive groves, and your own lemon trees, where time flows slower, cicadas play concerts from morning till evening, and a sip of espresso in the morning that tastes exquisite, I recommend this place. The huge estate with a beautiful swimming pool, offering an incredible view of the charming town of Locorotondo. House is stunning, meticulously crafted in every tiny detail, with great care even for the smallest elements that please you. On top, you have astonishing owners who are here for you all the time within what’s up message. Come here and experience this. Because for us that was simply great experience of Locorotondo.

Wonderful accomodation. You can walk to the shops but better if you have a car to visit the old town. Hosts were fabulous. Breakfast was also great with a huge range of options to choose from. Very clean, extremely spacious with separate bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Also a lovely outside area to sit straight outside from the accommodations and so cute with the cone shaped roof and ceilings.

The apartment (lower floor) is very nice and well equipped (cooking utensils, working dishwasher. The pictures and description can be trusted! Special requests/ additional questions were promptly fulfilled/ answered. Very friendly owner/ host. Made sure we felt at home! The location is excellent to explore the area.

The property was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was wonderful outdoor space, lovely views and shaded outdoor sitting and a lovely spa. The host and her family welcomed us on arrival giving us great local information and tour of the property. We had a car and was a great base to explore the area. We loved the local walks, such a beautiful scenic area.

While there was no breakfast (this accommodation offered a well-stocked kitchen), our host, Antonio, thoughtfully provided excellent espresso, milk, fruit juices and a selection of crackers. He also told us not to miss the Friday market in nearby Locorotondo, where we picked up additional produce, local olives, bread, taralli (delicious snacks), cheese, ham and wine. Antonio, who speaks English well, spent a lot of time with us, answering our questions about the local province and region. As an architect, he designed and oversaw construction of the cottage we stayed in. It's well-built with upscale surfaces. Outside is a beautiful pool, but the weather was a bit cool for us to use it. We enjoyed visiting the nearby towns and spent one afternoon at a nearby beach during our three-day stay at Lamia Bianca.
