Location location location. The hotel is minutes away from shops, restaurants and bars. It is on the waterfront, so couldn’t get any closer to the beautiful beach. Well worth paying the tiny bit extra for a sea view. The views are fantastic.
The rooms are quite spacious, very clean and well maintained.
The staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and informative.

The house was lovely, spotlessly clean and with everything you could want or need. The owner Tracy was very friendly with excellent communication. She even left a very much appreciated welcome pack. Dog friendly too with a nice secure garden. We have family close by the house who have been in the area for 9 years so I've lots of experience of the accommodation that Lossiemouth and Elgin have to offer. This house is probably one of the better ones. We'll worth the stay. Very comfy beds. There were even an assortment of dog beds, some dog bowls, treats and poo bags.

We are golfers and I would recommend Lossiemouth as a good base to explore all the courses along the Moray coast. There are plenty hidden gems of courses. Ensure to use the Moray Golf ticket and special offers to save some money on the courses.
The local eateries especially the Firth Hotel provide good food at reasonable prices although busy at weekends so require to book.

Lossiemouth is a delightful seaside town with two beautiful white sandy beaches. Lots of room and never over run. A delight to have a peaceful walk or a dip in the ocean. The water in September we found positively balmy. There is a sports centre and swimming pool and some really nice restaurants and hotels.

Such a beautiful place.
Such a beautiful place. Highly recommend the salt cellar for a meal. The boat trip onto the moray firth dolphin spotting wow to be up close to these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat was simply mindblowing. The beach is stunning and a lovely place for a stroll watching surfers and an array of wildlife you really could lose yourself for a few hours here it is so tranquil.

It is a lovely Scottish Town overlooking the Moray Firth.
It is a lovely Scottish Town overlooking the Moray Firth. It is well placed for travelling to places of interest. RAF Lossiemouth is set away from the town, but it is exciting to see some of the Typhoons doing manoeuvres over the sea. There are a couple of good restaurants, but they are small and are not open late. It has a very good golf course, which is very popular and it holds important tournaments.
Very welcoming host, very professional. The house is located in a stunning spot. We know the area very well and we're exceptionally pleased with our view. Our room was a little small but we had our own private lounge which we could use if we so wished but we were very Happy with our room. Breakfast was lovely and parking isn't an issue. We parked on the road and it was fine.
Comfy beds, nice bathroom. Fantastic view. We will return one day.
Dog friendly, extremely clean, comfortable, good parking, great location close to the beach. Shower was far better than I imagined, great pressure and temperature control and much better than most of the hotels I've stayed in.
Wish I didn't need to work and I could have made more of the area.
The site itself is undergoing some major refurbishment and should be really nice once completed.
I was absolutely delighted with the standard of accommodation at Cliffside as it was very comfortable, really well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was an ideal base to explore the local area and direct access to the beach was fabulous. The owners were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants.
Lovely room with view overlooking the Moray Firth. Fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit, local bacon and/or smoked salmon, and more. Friendly owners, gave us advice about places in the area and even produced some delicious home-made cake. Really enjoyed our weekend.
The room were very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful to find things to do in the area. The view from our room was lovely, with great sunsets over the sea. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the beach and the centre.
Fabulous location about as near to the edge of the sea as you could get and with absolutely stunning views across Spey Bay. Surprisingly spacious apartment, which is extremely well equipped, and the under-cover parking area is a real bonus.
Excellent family size room with views across the golf course to the sea.
Extra personal items included in the room/ensuite to make your stay more enjoyable. These you wouldn't get in a hotel.
Excellent breakfast very well presented.
Perfect location, beautiful views of the sea, and a warm and cosy apartment. Well-appointed and in a great location for discovering Lossiemouth and the surrounding areas. Private parking as well which is a bonus.
A fine place to stay after walking the Moray Coast Trail. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room downstairs was basic and met our needs. The dining room was sunny and airy and the feeling was congenial.
