Great value for money. We have been here a few times because we always find the family rooms to be spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, food great and breakfast lush, the pancake maker is a bonus for the kids. The pool is a good size for a hotel as is the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Pub 5min walk away that does great food, there is an M&S and Next shop 5mins walk too. It’s 15mins on a bus to get into Maidstone town centre but last bus at 6pm so you need to get a taxi back that only cost £10. We also ordered a take away one night and met the delivery guy at the reception doors. I left a pair of earrings in the room and the cleaner found them. They hotel sent them back to me. Very happy
