Booked an executive king room which is in fact 2 single mattresses pushed together. Not comfortable at all. Staff did move us to a queen room which was helpful.
Check-in and out was relatively easy but we requested late check-out due to a late flight and were quoted an extra $380!

Waiter did not place order correctly & when we raised delay our main coursers arrived & at this time it was confirmed the waiter forgot & offered complimentary..too late.
