Trail Lodge

Ballasalla

Situated 4.6 km from Castle Rushen, Trail Lodge features accommodation with a terrace, barbecue facilities and a shared kitchen for your convenience.

All units are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave and kettle. Set in a beautiful woodland location. The property was beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. Clean, modern and very well set out. The bedrooms were great and the bunkbeds are certainly large enough for adults, there was even a hairdryer in the room, towels & a bathrobe. I would suggest flip flops or sliders for in the shower as it was also a wet room. The kitchen was well equipped with space in the fridge for all 4 rooms on the upper floor, we did write names on our milk etc to avoid any confusion. The lounge area is great just like being at home with two large sofa's, TV and fire, there were also a few sets of rustic tables for dining. Outside there is a lake and children's playground with a great coffee shop that also served snacks. You would definitely need a car if you stay here but there are plenty of walks. We will definitely come back with family again. The website DOES NOT show how wonderful this little Gem is and I'm very fussy when it comes to staying away:)
