Thobolo's Bush Lodge is situated within 14 km of Kachikau, 26 km from the Chobe Forest Reserve.

Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site bar overlooking the natural landscape where wildlife can often be seen. The property also offers mini-market. The bar and restaurant area are quite incredible. You can sit there day or night and see animals quite often in the hundreds around the water hole. The whole Safari comes to you whilst you have a drink. Incredible place.

Muchenje Campsite and Cottages offers three self-catering units, each featuring an open-plan kitchenette that is equipped with an oven, toaster and refrigerator. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Fresh lettuces and other foods available. Cottages well stocked, and loved outdoor shower.

The gardeners kept it very nice and well maintained. Also, the cleaning team was exceptional in their daily cleaning and availability. Also, the host Miles, was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right person for our river boat cruise. The river guide was great and shared his years of knowledge growing up in the area.

Amazing,friendly staff that went out of their way, to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The food was delicious and top level.
