The breakfast was wonderful, such a yummy spread- freshly made donuts and Nutella, assortment of cheeses and breads, olives and nuts and fruit and ofcourse freshly made eggs to order. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They attended to our every need. Kerim was so helpful and wonderful, I forgot my necklace in the room on checkout and he made sure to arrange for a taxi to deliver it to the airport for me. He even helped me book a hamam experience. 10/10 with regards to service and food. The room was the king suite which had a huge bathtub and hamam, and an amazing view overlooking the city. Highly recommend this hotel

The location also offers easy access to taxi and public transportation, only 5 minutes taxi drive to the nearest Rail or metro station, which can provide a dream getaway to explore Istanbul. We liked all the rooms they were nice and clean. The apartment was big and it had a kitchen too. They also gave us complementary water and snacks which was very nice.They also gave us Turkish delight which were really nice and all the staff were so kind it was an amazing experience.

Beds are very comfortable and will surely be staying there again when visiting Istanbul. I visited with my mum who had done an operation a few days prior and all the staff made our stay super comfortable, they even showed us on the map which roads to take to view surrounding areas with minimal walking like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, the Palace, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and Galata Tower. Would like to say a big thank you to Mustafà who was a gem throughout our stay and such a humble human being.

A recently renovated apartment in Istanbul and within 3 km of Spice Bazaar, Balat Historical Luxury House features a terrace, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodation is 3.1 km from Suleymaniye Mosque. The apartment has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. The location was perfect, close to the tram, boat, bussess. The area of Balat is very old, with lots of charm. The location itself is a bit small but had everything we needed, and the host Shahin is an absolute jewel. He made sure all of our whishes were met.
