Excellent location. 10 minute walk from Eminonu pier, karakoy fish wrap bazar, and Galataport open-air mall. Well connected with trams, buses, and ferries. Very nice cafes and breakfast places nearby. Smyrna cafe is especially recommended. There is also a superstore nearby, right next to the Galata tower. Quiet street with loads of friendly cats laying around. Often see people sitting on the footpath petting cats. Modern looking apartment with absolutely everything needed inside, including washing machine with detergent, dish washer with capsules, iron & ironing stand, cutlery, pans, pots, french press, panini press, android TV, vacuum cleaner, safe, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh breeze that often blows in the area. The apartment itself was spacious with a bedroom, a living room/kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom. The shower was separated by glass and the floor was shaped perfectly so all the water in the shower area seeped into the drain. The floors and walls had a sort of painted coating which gave it a very minimalist and clean look. The check-in process can be quite swift as it is possible to send documents beforehand via whatsApp. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check-out is strictly at 11:00 and I believe there is no room for adjustment, especially during peak season. However the staff allow baggage to be stored at the security office. All in all a great experience.
