Opposite we have a small shopping mall, it offers coffee, food and grocery. We had some issues with the apartment we booked, and was upgraded to a bigger apartment on our 5th night. The new apartment was newly renovated so everything is good. Hosts were professional and communication was great.

The apartment is located in a residential area and I loved that I was staying among locals, no tourists there. It gave me the chance to witness the locals everyday life and that is extra point for me! The mattress is quite firm, and I'm usually not used to that, but I slept like a baby every night. Lily was so kind and communication with her was perfect since the very beginning, she gave me a lot of tips and suggestions and I felt really looked after. I highly recommend this solution for your trip to Shanghai, I would definitely book again if going back to Shanghai. Just be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift, but I knew that beforehand and for me it was not at issue.

Property was very clean, spacious, had cooking amenities and a gas stove. Air-conditioning only in the bedroom, but this didn’t negatively impact us. Washing machine for dirty clothes and towels, and extremely friendly and attentive host. Owned by a friendly old Chinese couple! A true pleasure to have stayed at. Main attractions are about 30-40 minutes away by metro.
