The location was excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Nanjing Road and the metro station. There were plenty of malls and restaurants nearby, making everything very convenient. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a great stay!

We stayed 6 nights and it was perfect. The metro station(s) are a few minutes away. You get instructions as well how to get to the apartment. The building is a bit older than you think, but the apartment is good. You have also a washing machine. Lily took care also the mandatory registration to the local police and she also welcomed us a bit earlier that the normal check-in. If you want an apartment to visit Shanghai and around it, this place was perfect for us.

I recommend these apartments to everyone if you are visiting Shanghai! The apartment was clean, had all the necessary things for a comfortable stay, and the air conditioner saved in case of intense heat. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils, in addition, the owner gave us water and food for breakfast, which was very useful after a long flight by plane. The owner was also able to meet us at night and took care of a taxi so that we could get to this apartment, he was always in touch. The owner is very kind and helpful, showed me everything and told me about the apartment and vacation in Shanghai. This apartment is located near the metro station, which is a very big plus considering the Shanghai transport system. We are very happy with our vacation and the fact that we chose these apartments!

Everything was excellent. Started off with our host Lily organising our taxi from the airport and our return journey. To showing us around the apartment. Explaining everything in detail. To giving us recommendations for restaurants. Lily could not of been better. The apartment itself was spacious. With a wonderful view from the balcony. Comfortable beds to excellent heating and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Extra bed linen. Great location. Only a left at the gates for shopping to a full sized supermarket 5 minutes walk away. 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Lily sent us photos of where to go and of what restaurants to go to. Went above and beyond. Thank you Lily

I super like this hotel, very clean, very good staff, breakfast super met my exoectation and resto staff are very accomodating, very helpful, polite and greet 'Good morning'. Metro train station is just few meters away. Location of hotel looks private and safe. This is best hotel for me and my family - it gotmini kitchen and fridge. Definitely wanna book here again on my next visit. Been to Shanghai 3x and Modena is the best!
