It gave me the chance to witness the locals everyday life and that is extra point for me! The mattress is quite firm, and I'm usually not used to that, but I slept like a baby every night. Lily was so kind and communication with her was perfect since the very beginning, she gave me a lot of tips and suggestions and I felt really looked after. I highly recommend this solution for your trip to Shanghai, I would definitely book again if going back to Shanghai. Just be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift, but I knew that beforehand and for me it was not at issue.

I had a really nice stay here and would overall really recommend it! The apartment is a short walk to the nearest subway (Shnagda Station) and around 45 minutes from main Shanghai attractions by train.
