Good size room with comfortable bed. The shower was easy to operate, get to temperature, and powerful flow rate. Excellent value as the price included a well presented breakfast made with quality ingredients. Overall my stay exceeded my expectations. Well done.

Great location for visiting Abingdon and Didcot amongst other towns in a small village with a nice restaurant and pub. Lovely property set back off the street so it’s very quiet and private. The annexe is very clean and has lovely fresh bedding and decor. Nice treats upon arrival - milk, biscuits and wine. And tea, coffee and sugar plus oils and seasonings available for use at the property. Everything’s been thought of.
Great location, easy walking to buses and shops yet in a quiet area well away from traffic. Charming building and grounds looking onto the Thames. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and very good breakfasts.
Lovely accommodation, great location in a quiet area but so close to Abingdon Town centre. Such lovely grounds and really dog friendly. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Will definitely stay again
