This hotel is a stay to experience, the design is warm, the smell is good, the breakfast is exquisite and delicious, the price is right.

Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. Excellent property, spacious, spotless, tranquil and friendly at the perfect location. We shall return for a longer visit to beautiful Ravenna! Highly recommended property without any reservation!

Every unit is equipped with a coffee machine, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while certain rooms are equipped with a balcony and some have garden views. At the apartment complex, all units have bed linen and towels. the location was good for walking into the center and for buses around the city (we took a bus to the train station, to San Luca and to MAST). The air conditioning was a life saver for the hot summer days.

The property has everything that you need: it is very clean, good design, proximity to the center and still quiet in the night. The host is very discreet and hospitable. We did not have breakfast included, but we received from the host o lovely pie, that children loved it and all other stuff for breakfast, like coffee, milk, butter, jam, little cakes and so on. The town is a little Venice, very romantic! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

At the apartment complex, units include bed linen and towels. It really felt like a luxury apartment. Big and spacious, clean and a overall nice place. 5 stars. The location was also great with walking distance to shopping and coffee shops.

The bed is comfortable and the apartment has a well equipped kitchen. Will recommend.

The location is close to the bus stop which was perfect for travel. The place was beautiful however not too much natural light if that's what you would like.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. Additional in-room amenities include chocolates or cookies. Lovely generously sized accommodation, everything you need including a washing machine. The owner very kindly stored three bike boxes in the garage, until our return two weeks later, even though, at time of booking, not surprisingly the accommodation was fully booked. We corresponded to arrange collection of the boxes, as needed to stay somewhere else for the night before our flight home to UK Could not of been easier. Highly recommended, Bologna is such an amazing city and the accommodation excellent. We will be back. Thank you for your kindness and an amazing stay :)
