I would definitely recommend to friends and family. The best breakfast experience for me and my kids.

At the apartment complex, all units have bed linen and towels. Great apartment in a nice vila, about 20 min by walk from city center. The idea with one access code to enter to garden, vila and apartment is perfect, you don't need any key, just remember the code. We really enjoyed the stay there, I can fully recommend. We also use the private parking place in the garden.

Upon arrival we had trouble with the keypad to gain access but messaged the owner and they immediately responded and we gained access straight away. The apartment has been upgraded to a very good standard and exceptionally clean. Everything that you needed and more. We even had a lovely little courtyard with a table and chairs that you could sit in. We would highly recommend these apartments and would book in the future if we are travelling to Bologna. The apartment was situated in a great location close to the bus stop, shops and restaurants.

I have never rated a property at a 10 - but I am confident in giving this apartment a perfect rating! I have been traveling across Italy for 2 weeks and this by far was my most comfortable stay! I can tell how much time & effort was put into designing this beautiful space. It was GORGEOUS! The hot tub was incredible too! It was clean, equipped with A/C, laundry, & a small kitchen! This was the most comfortable bed & pillows I have ever slept on!! The location was great too, just a short walk to the center of everything but just enough outside of the center to avoid crowds and noise. Our host was kind, helpful & which to respond . If I ever make it to Bologna again, I will absolutely stay here again!
