Property was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The host was super helpful and speedy at replying to any questions we had. We all enjoyed the gorgeous views and the great location and the hot tub (obviously!). I can’t wait to go back!!

    Friendly host. small but clean room with electric kettle, tea, coffee and bottle of water as a bonus 😊. share big clean bathroom, clean towels. continental breakfast was fine. Not really noisy from trains or flights at night, start from 7am. But the noise from floor, doors and bathroom was very disturbing. Next door people were very annoying by walking and making noise up to 1:30 am. In general very good for short stay.

    We were attending a wedding at the Rochford hotel so the location of the flat was perfect and we had a parking space which was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and the flat and room was clean.

    Nice one bedroom flat 10 minutes walking distance from Southend airport. Everything you need for a short stay. Surrounded by take away shops, so the food is not a problem. A little shop next door. The bed is very comfortable and clean,hot water all the time. The kitchen equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, cutlery. Very quiet in the night , compare with day time. Free parking on the side road.
