There was one small issue with the heating of hot water, but to be fair, one telephone call to the owner and he explained where to find the boiler and how to over-ride the system.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, how clean it was and the price for three nights was much cheaper than staying in a value chain hotel which would have had much smaller room and less facilities.
