Host was very helpful by helping carry the luggage to the first floor apartment and providing a gift pack. The new apartment has a washer dryer and several detergent sacs. The ironing board is full size, not the table mounted type. Parking is mainly the free white lots but they are sought after by the residents in the many high rise apartment buildings in the neighbourhood. So that may mean having to drive around the streets looking for one. External shutters for the bedrooms windows, none for the living room and kitchen.

The apartment has a microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher 5. All windows have shutters to reduce sunlight. 6. The owner quickly answers questions via WhatsApp, always in touch 7. The apartment is quiet, located away from the road 8. 3 separate bedrooms: single bed in one room, double bed in another room, single bed and double bed in the third room. The beds are comfortable 9. It was very nice, with safe and secure codes to access. The area was well located with several metros within 10mins walk and cafes, supermarkets and restaurants close by. In 2 br apartment, the back bedroom was extremely quiet but the front bedroom a little noisy with traffic at night for 2nd couple staying. Suggestion - Instruction pages like how the washing machine, microwave, oven work without needing to work it out would have saved us effort. The sink plug did not fit so washing up dishes was not possible and only 1 tablet provided for 3 night stay for dishwasher. Also more coffee pods for 4 people, 3 nights would have been appreciated. Overall good and always very helpful staff, with great ongoing communication. Happy.

The space. It was ideal for our family of 4 and our friend, so roomy and perfectly decorated! The location was perfect, you are close to everything, but it was super quiet at night, and only heard the traffic noise when you were out on the balcony, and then there wasn't that much. The fact they gave us a number if there was any noisy neighbours was a bonus, not that we needed it, but nice to have especially when you have tired kids that need there sleep!
