The area is beautiful and long walks around the beach are a must. The accommodation was lovely and it felt like we were in a little village. The local wildlife was extraordinary and very entertaining to watch over the beautiful landscape.
Down the road are two wonderful pubs, The Fort and The Boat House, Both provide delicious food although the Boat House was quite expensive.
The area provides easy access to Ryde and Newport which leads to most of the Island. The roads are easy to drive with no Motorways or busy commuter roads. No matter where you go the scenery is breathtaking. Seaview is a lovely town, very clean and the people are extremely friendly. We would certainly return.

As an elderly couple with movement problems the nearby seawall and promenade allowed us to enjoy daily walks overlooking the Solent. The variety of yachts, cruise ships and speed boats moving between the mainland and the Island and going out to sea giving us an interesting view.

Seaview has a large dog friendly beach and several eating places nearby that are happy to let dogs in. It is close to Ryde for the hovercraft to the mainland and shops, adventure playgrounds and places to eat.

Very helpful staff and an extremely comfortable bed in a gorgeous location. Very good breakfast. They called me immediately when I accidentally left behind some things and posted them to me on the same day! Amazing!

Seaview its self is very small with very few facilities but is a nice area for sailing or walking along the sea wall. There are a couple of nice pubs in the area but both seemed to be a bit on the expensive side for drinks and food.
The location was down a quiet lane. It was peaceful and quiet. A short walk downhill leads to a beach from which you can walk to Seaview. The house has everything you could possibly need. The layout works well if you take more family or friends. There is plenty of space. Loved the seating in the back garden. Watched red squirrels visit every morning.
The bungalow offered good views at the front and back of the property with plenty of space to relax. The location is superb, close to the beach, the little bit of wilderness at the back and near Seaview high street and shops. It was clean and well supplied with the necessary kitchen equipment. It was bright, warm and cosy. Clean and nicely decorated.
Newell Cottage is such a gem, located only a few minutes walk from the sea, cafes and restaurants in Seaview, one of the prettiest villages on the IoW. The house is spacious, and comfortable, and the summer house snug was a bonus and our kids' favourite space to chill.
This was self catering accommodation set in a very quiet location backing on to a nature reserve. The property was well appointed, clean and a pleasant 2 minute walk to the seafront.
