Love this place, huge rooms (suite!)
The bathroom is massive with proper separate facilities. Sofa, terrace, huge bedroom.
Clean and cared for. Towels a plenty and everything you could need.
The staff are very friendly the food and the wine is good.
I even received a message on my arrival day to ask for my arrival time. This means they actually care that I'm coming!
This is my second time here, and I will definitely stay again.

We were lucky, and were upgraded to a suite when we checked in. The room was lovely, with a separate seating area, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The shower worked well, with lots of hot water. Tea & Coffee was provided, with nice little biscuits. breakfast was excellent both days, as was dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was an excellent place to stay.

It is great self-catering property. VEry clean and neat. The showers were excellent. The good part was also that as it was annexed to the Hotel, we could rest knowing there was assistance at hand, if needed.
The property is walking distance from pubs, supermarkets - Tesco and Lidl
Would definetly recommend for families and long stays. Surely a Home away from home!!

We stayed 1 night at the Mytton Folf hotel whilst we were travelling through to Skipton. The area is beautiful and we found a excellent pub called The Aspinall Arms for our evening meal, which if in the area again would definitely visit. Overall a good experience

The quality of the property and rooms exceeded all my expectations. The room was superb, far more that I would have expected for a standard room. The staff were friendly and always ready to help and the breakfast amazing.

There is too much new building works going on all over the Ribble Valley. It's outrageous. The Ribble Valley is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. How these people got permission to build is an absolute travesty. It is ruining our countryside. Other than that Langho is a pleasant town. I don't know how long it will stay like that with all the overbuilding.
Size and comfort of room, Great friendly staff, Quality of food both at Dinner & Breakfast was superb. Normally we would stay at one of national chains that Sir Lenny Henry advertises (PI) but this is definitely worth the little extra £. Restaurant is good value for money for the quality and quantity of food received along with superb service. ***No service charges or table charges which is a pleasant surprise nowadays*** enable us to choose to leave a good tip which we did.
We're normally wary of pub-with-rooms type hotels but the Lord Nelson proved to be an excellent place for us to stay. The host was extremely welcoming and everything we needed / requested was fully taken care of. He ordered us a taxi, made sure we had a table in the restaurant (food and service was excellent) and made us feel at home. All the other staff we met were also very friendly. We will certainly look to book at this hotel again.
Breakfast was well cooked and fair quality ingredient; but not available one morning.
Landlord's regular 'day-off' apparently.
Adjustment duly made to my bill.
However I had to remember to bring in bread rolls, jam and juice, to provide my own. Not ideal.
Restaurant not available every evening.
Landlord was pleasant enough. His aim was to be helpful; up to a point.
The restaurant, food and staff in this area was great and its a pity the rest of the hotel is run down and caters for large groups (weddings and coach parties). Night porter was great and very accommodating. Parking was easy. On a more positive note, the room was large with the normal (basic and aged) furniture, and windows opened to let in fresh air in the bedrooms.
On arrival we were met with an immediate issue as we were due to attend a wedding and there were no rooms reserved for us despite us booking in January. The hotel was full. The hotel staff and team there managed to sort the situation and arranged alternative accommodation at another hotel. Exceptional performance under an incredibly difficult situation.
food was really excellent - would recommend for both evening dinner and breakfast top quality and great value 👏👏👏to chef
we had a room upgrade on arrival - clean modern hotel, friendly staff great value all round
take the suite if you can
free parking
close to skipton and clitheroe
All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the food was very good, drinks reasonably priced. Breakfast menu available, continental breakfast is buffet style but hot food can be ordered and brought to your table.
Very nice hotel with modern furnishings and a lovely location with views over the golf course. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was very good. Nice communal areas.
This is one very tired looking and quite grubby hotel. The furnishings, decor, carpets etc etc are all very dated, lack lustre and in a serious need of an update/refresh!
