Beautiful, luxury space with lovely touches, enormous rooms with comfortable beds and space to relax. The gym was incredibly well supplied and the facilities were beautifully maintained. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we appreciated the extra touches - such as letting us leave our bags there before our check-in and then finding them in our room. They also left some Taiwanese childhood snacks for us to try.

This is the very rare place in Kaoshiung where you can have a beachfront hotel and swim every day. I did not expect that there is no beach culture in Taiwan, so we very really lucky to have this hotel, otherwise it is not easy to find an appropriate beach for swimming (we were there at the end of March, maybe it's somewhat different in other seasons) Breakfasts were very good, room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay there.

The Grandhotel is a beautiful hotel in the style of an old palace. Our room was very large, luxurious and equipped with all amenities, of course very clean. From the balcony you have a unique view of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, only check-in was less pleasant. See below.
