From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, everything was taken care of and looked after. From having our room cleaned and tidied up multiple times a day when we were out to them looking after our luggage when we were already checked out. The level of hospitality, attention to detail and just overall kindness is something we haven’t experienced before and don’t expect to find anywhere anytime soon. Highly recommend to stay here if you get the chance!

Beautiful house, exactly as in the pictures. It is a nice quiet oasis on an otherwise nondescript and local street. Staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great base for seeing Chiang Mai.

Genuinely the most breathtaking stay I have ever experienced! The hospitality is like you're staying at a 5 star hotel as the only guest. We felt like part of the furniture the second we walked through the gates. The mornings were fresh and breakfast the perfect size and variety to keep anybody satisfied. Lunch was offered but we were heading out exploring so declined. The food in the evening was brilliant in both quality and substantial in size (fresh coconuts were also served). There is an on site onsen which looks over the highlight of the property, which is the view. The scenery was unreal you could get lost for hours watching the clouds roll gently over the summit.

Breakfast was amazing. Vemykhin was extremely kind. Nice and clean pool. Walking distance to the biggest gym in chiang mai, 7 eleven and a massage shop.
