Very quiet and clean. We rented both houses since we were a couple and a single friend and we all had a lot of privacy and the whole place to ourselves but were able to hang together in the garden whenever we wanted. The owners live next door and were very nice, gifting us some traditional queijadas from Graciosa on departure.

Very nice and clean places, tastefully decorated. One house is on a side street, but it is nonetheless very quiet. Possiblity to wash clothes. We forgot coffee and our friendly and helpful hosts brought us some immediately. A great place to calm down and relax. We can fully recommend it!!

The large garden is exceptional and we appreciated being encouraged to use it freely. The cottage is clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the welcome pack. Steffen and Karen were very accommodating when our flight time changed at the last minute, which was very much appreciated. They provided lots of information about the island, which helped us plan our week, spent exploring the island on foot and by bus. The cottage is conveniently placed for good walks, the bus stop and the local Graciosa is a lovely island to unwind and enjoy the countryside.

They care about each detail, starting from arrival to Quinta and further to any aspect of the staying. The place is fantastic if you search calm, clean and probably one of the best view from Graciosa Island. There is everything inside the accommodation you could need, including privacy. There are available also bikes (free of charges) for your disposal. If we visit Graciosa again, for sure check if again could stay there. Thx a lot for all matters and talks. Natalia and Witek

The hosts welcomed us with smiles and lots of useful information about the house, the trails from Luz. They lent us bikes, which were very useful as we’d come by bus and were a lovely way to visit places. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous with wonderful views over to São Jorge and Pico islands, lush greenery and flowers and numerous pretty places to sit plus hammocks. The house has a beautiful verandah where we ate. Lots of space in the house. Well equipped with lots of thoughtful items including pegs, empty containers for storing food in fridge etc etc. Karin and Stefan are exceptional, attentive but not intrusive hosts and I’ve never written that before in a review! Graciosa is a gorgeous island, so quiet and beautiful with spectacular caldera just behind the Quinta Perpetua. Absolutely recommend.

He also provided a free lunch with fresh fishes, vegetables, grapes, etc. The house is very spacious and beautiful. There is the very good natural swimming place in 5 minute walking.
