The house is located on the hill and has a very nice view of the river. The kitchen has everything that you need for cooking. We wish we could stay longer at this place.

What a wonderful place to stay. Location was perfect for a 3 day trip to the area. The facilities were great and the welcome wine was, well, very welcome. Mario and Helga were superb, very responsive and helpful in organising taxis (Laurinda, the taxi driver, lovely too). The facilities late great and the claw foot bath with a view over the valley was a the icing on the cake. A fabulous, relaxing and beautiful place. P.s the parking was not as tricky as some reviews suggest (there were 3 vehicles in the parking lot for the first 2 days with no problem - bit tight getting in / out but not too bad).

The apartment was neat, clean and well equipped. Parking was easy right outside the house.

Wonderful stay in Helena's beautiful home. The house is fab, beautifully appointed and Helena was just a wonderful host. Breakfast was incredible and set us up for the day. Great train connection too from Porto.

The room is not big, but very warmly decorated! The bed was very comfortable, slept very well! The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, perfect for cooking your own meals while traveling! The host was very friendly and warm-hearted, and the communication was very pleasant. He also prepared a welcome dessert for us! He really tried to make a sweet home for us!
