The caretaker was lovely and very helpfull. Had to extend for 2 more days. Its very close to airport and Sm lanang. Definitly will be back :) its mutch better then to be in small condo

Strong AC. Living room with giant big screen, AC is cooler than in bedrooms which was fine for me. Comprehensive kitchen with appliances. Nice bathroom and shower. Many local food vendors across the street on Timog Avenue. A pleasant 24 hour 7/11 convenience store across the street. Plenty of motorcycles and tricycle cabs to transport you to/from town early morning and late evening, which was fine and enjoyable for me. 50-100 pesos each way to downtown 10-15 minutes.
