For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. The villa is very nicely designed and the furnishings and fittings are all modern and tasteful. Hatem and his team were very helpful and hospitable with check in. We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks.

Guests can take in the views of the lake from the terrace, which also has outdoor furniture. This villa is allergy-free and non-smoking. The flat was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The location was wonderful, beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again as it has set the bar for us in Salalah. Sabrina was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Situated in Salalah, 100 metres from Al Hisn Beach and 3.7 km from Sultan Qaboos Mosque, Al Shatti Villas offers a garden and air conditioning. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests can make use of a terrace. I liked everything about it. The location was awesome, next to the sea and close to the airport. It had all the facilities a villa can need. We were a group of 9 Iranian ladies and we had so much fun together. Thank you

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, pool view and a balcony, Luxury Villa with Private Pool and Lagoon view is set in Salalah. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the villa. This was a nice little villa, big enough for 2 adults and 2 children for a few nights. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern with a good working washing machine and dish washer. There were 2 sofa beds in the lounge, which meant both of our children could have a bed each (one sofa bed would not be big enough for an adult to sleep on). The area was very quiet and the villa had lovely views of the lagoon and it felt very safe. The pool was small but clean and big enough for our children to play in and they had lots of fun in there. There is a lovely licensed beach bar a 5 minute walk away called Sandyz which is worth a visit for food and drinks. They also offer horse riding and quad biking on the beach. There is also a gorgeous little marina within the Hawana Salalah area which is a short 10 min walk away. This whole area was very pretty and I would definitely recommend staying in the Hawana area rather than other hotels in Salalah as there is more on offer to do such as going for walks around the hotel grounds or to the Marina. If you are planning on booking this villa, then look up the Rotana Hotel as this is where you will be situated. You will need a car to go and visit all the sights of Salalah.

Everything, the Villa as a whole, design, furnishing, amenities, customer friendliness of the owners everything was fantastic. We had a wonderful time
