(It was cold in October, so we could use the outdoor place, which is gorgeous!). A small but cool hut at the river, A/C for heating, even a smallest kitchen to warm a soup or cafe. All in wood. parking Nextdoor. very quiet. Really a positive surprise!

The amenities, such as soap, shampoo, and streaming accounts were useful. WiFi was good as well.

It is a beautiful house with a lovely view. All the furniture is handmade by the host which is unbelievable. So beautiful and it adds that extra!

Reaching the place was complicated but the host was waiting for us and after you understand it is very easy

A beautiful house set in a quiet village with the sounds of nature all around. Sandra met us at the airport and showed us to the villa. The kids loved the large pool and gardens which were immaculately kept. The large lounge had a great tv with satellite channels, and there was TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. Wifi was excellent. The villa has aircon which was very useful at night. There was clean bedding, bath towels and beach towels. A great base for exploring Montenegro and a wonderful place to relax. There is a small supermarket a couple of kilometres away and larger one about 5 km. There are good restaurants on Lake Shkodra, but a few nights we enjoyed using the barbeque and eating under the gazebo round the pool.

The owner of the house was very hospitable and polite. Martin went above and beyond to meet our needs. The house itself is much bigger inside than it looks like in the photos. It was clean and very well equipped. There is literally nothing I would add to this property. We enjoyed at every moment in these 3 days and the area is also very nice to explore with nice places to get some domestic food. I highly recommend it

The location is on Skadar lake, 20 meter from your private bay where you can use the property Cano and sap. The house is lack of nothing. Amazing garden to enjoy nature.

The place is spotless. It can accommodate 5 adults very comfortably and 6 if children are included. There is a huge garden with a lot of shade, fruit trees and swimming pool.
