We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

The recently renovated holiday home is equipped with 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and dishwasher, and a living room with a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We're grateful and happy with how accommodating the owner and her sister were to us. They provided all the essential things and information we needed during our stay in the property. We love how accessible the property is to almost everything that you needed / wanted to go to, may it be the tourist attractions or the grocery stores. If you want to get a real feel of how people used to live in Piran, this holiday house is just perfect. It’s right in the center of town, tucked away in one of those charming narrow streets that make Piran so special. The house has been freshly renovated, but it still keeps that traditional character, which I really loved. It’s spread over four floors, and each level has its own purpose – one floor for the kitchen, another for the living room, and the bedrooms on the others. It feels spacious and cozy at the same time. The two bathrooms are a huge plus, especially if you’re staying with friends or family – no waiting around in the morning! Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want comfort, a bit of history, and to be right in the heart of beautiful Piran.

We had a very nice bungalow. The view of the sea from our terrace was great, our pool was big enough (there are different sizes here, we had one of the larger pools). If you wanted to spend the evening on the terrace, food was brought in. In addition, the hotel has a really nice restaurant with a breathtaking view of the sunset and a large menu that had something for everyone in the family. The beach itself is not huge, but it is also not overcrowded, as almost only hotel guests use it. There is a very nice path along the sea. Dogs were very welcome. The staff were extremely friendly. Everything was perfect for us and we would love to come back.
