We had a great stay with Udara and his family being so hospitable and even decorating the place for our son's birthday and helping us find a cake. The hosts prepared us an amazing dinner, actually it was one of our highlight meals for our trip! Breakfast was nicely packed for us for our safari. We loved this place and would absolutely stay again.

The villa specialises in a continental and American breakfast and breakfast in the room is also available. At O2 Villas Yala, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and high tea and serves Indian cuisine. Hands down our favourite hotel of the trip. The villa is gorgeous, plenty of space for the 5 of us. The whoops of joy as our kids explored the place said it all! Private pool, incredible food, attentive staff, wildlife all around. On our first evening, the guides took us to the red sand beach, about a 20 minute walk away. Very beautiful. You walk past a lake with baby crocs, can spot iguanas and other wildlife. Magical. We booked a safari through the hotel, the jeep was comfortable, and very reasonably priced. They packed us a breakfast to take with. The service was outstanding. We didn't want to leave.

Having the opportunity to relax in the infinity pool is the cherry on top after a hot Safari day. The personnel is outstanding. Kumara the tour guide and hotel member is so helpful, he went above and beyond. Kumara took us to see bats the evening we arrived and It was awesome seeing when they swarmed the sky. The food is delicious and Pasidu the server was so kind. The entire staff was amazing. If you go in Safari you will see a lot of wildlife even during dry season. Booking this place will be the best decision you’ll make!

At the villa complex, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Very spacious, suitable for 4 member families! I like the design of the bungalow. The bathtub is nice! Curry is nice also. Recommend Jackfruit curry! And also the coconut ice cream, I haven’t tried anything like that before! It is a pity that we can’t stay longer!

The room is clean and the garden is very beautiful. You can sit in the terrace and enjoy the calm and animals ( peacock, monkey, etc). The owners are super helpful. They washed our clothes and drive us to the restaurants. The owner is also a super good driver to Yala. I think he is more experienced than many other drivers in the town. We saw many animals with his guide:)

What an amazing house, we were lucky to have three nights with my family and enjoyed every minute. The stand out was Anusha and her lovely family, so helpful and kind. From the moment we arrives, dishevelled from a bad car trip, she quickly swooped us in and made us feel right at home. She cooked us lovely meals, organised our safari and when our driver let us down she swiftly found us an amazing driver to take us to our next destination. Thank you 🙌

They prepared every day we did the safari a nice bucket with food and drinks to enjoy fully the experience. The installations were amazing and beautiful. Whatever you need, ask them.
