The host is super nice and helpful. We needed help dealing with the airlines regarding our missing luggage, and she was so kind and talked to the company for us and even helped us arrange luggage transfer to our next destination.

The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy, which made the stay very relaxing. The house is located very close to Ella city less than 10 minutes away and it’s easy to find affordable taxi and 24-hour tuk-tuk services. This place gave me unforgettable memories, and I definitely want to come again. I highly recommend this house for families and couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. everyone was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The accommodation itself was top-notch—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from the bedding to the amenities, reflected a commitment to quality and comfort. It felt more like a home away from home than just a hotel rooms.definitely we will back.

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt welcome and safe throughout our visit. The house is spacious, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills, including the Mahamevnawa Buddhist Monastery. The hosting family is incredibly kind, and the meals they prepared were a real highlight — delicious, plenty, and made with great care. The location is a bit remote, so occasionally tuktuk drivers would only take us to the main road rather than directly to the house. However, you can join the trail to the wonderful Ella Rock hike close to the house half way, so you can be there at sunrise more easily. Overall, a wonderful stay with warm hospitality and great access to nature. Highly recommended!

The owners were very nice. The food was delicious. We ordered chicken soup, kottu and curry.
