Definitely one of the best stays I have/had in Sri Lanka. Very well placed close to the beach and main bars/Restaurants, amazing bungalows, very nice pool and incredibly friendly and helpful owners. Will definitely come back and stay longer next time!

Property was very clean. Staff were very attentive and kind. One of the places I’ve felt the most comfortable staying in Sri Lanka. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting hiriketiya. Property is a few minutes walk from popular restaurants and a 15 min walk from hiriketiya beach making it quiet and peaceful for you to rest. If ever, you can also relax on the lounge chairs and your private pool. Overall, 10/10 and would stay here again.

Home from home! Ruwan and his family couldn’t have made us feel more welcome to their lovely Homestay. Nothing was too much trouble. The room had a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The shower was powerful and in the heat a welcome relief. Our room was on the small side but this wasn’t a problem as the outside space had a hammock, table and chairs. Breakfast was served daily by Ruwan and his lovely daughter. It was fresh and plentiful and always delivered with a big smile. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great and took some getting used to. Ruwan did kindly offer to change our room but we declined as we didn’t want to inconvenience him with another room to clean. However it is only fair to share this information. We stayed 4 Nights with Ruwan and his family and everyday he checked on our welfare, if we needed anything or a ride anywhere. He organised a wonderful Whale watching trip for us, one we would recommend, as a must when in this area. Ruwan kindly cooked us a delicious Sri Lanka. Fish supper despite his wife only day’s earlier giving birth to their son. On New Years Day the family invited us for breakfast in their home. The food was plentiful, delicious and a reflection of this family’s kindness and willingness to share their hospitality with us. I urge Anyone in this area to visit Ruwan and his family if wanting an authentic experience. Ruwan, thank you , we will be back. You are in our hearts forever. Xox

The stay at Three Gables Boutique Villa for 4 nights was the best we have ever had! From the moment we moved in until the moment we checked out everything was perfect and we felt like at home as well as like in a paradise. Our room was modern with luxurious facilities, a private balcony and breathtaking view on the ocean. The service is outstanding. The cleaning of the rooms was twice a day. The staff cares genuinely about you and is very attentive to all details, starting from the breakfast (you can choose either Continental or traditional Sri Lankan), bringing water when you are going to the beach or the swimming pool, and delicious chocolate on the bed with an affirmation message before you go to bed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The General Manager Suresh and his team are absolutely professional, thoughtful and friendly. He recommended different nice places/attractions to visit and good restaurants nearby, and organised everything for us, so that everything went smoothly. Another highlight is food. It's so delicious and the chef makes every dish look like a masterpiece. For my birthday the villa arranged a festive dinner with fresh huge fish and a cake on the beach. After dinner they prepared the bath tub with flowers in our room. I felt like a princess. It's definitely one of the best my birthdays. It was magical and the perfect end to an incredible trip. We are grateful to Suresh and his team for making our stay at the villa special. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone and will never forget our stay there!

Literally everything was perfect! The team is warm, welcoming, helpful and super polite! Big authentic smiles all day! The food is out of this world! Go for the Sri Lankan breakfast and make sure to have dinner at least once, that Tuna steak was just unreal! Cleaning was spotless! We felt like home every minute of our stay and we would still sit on our balcony in deep conversations staring at the perfect surf if we could! Villa Oceane is all about Indika and his wonderful crew! Thank you guys! We had a fantastic time!

A great place set just above the road, offering a private, jungle-like vibe with plenty of tranquility. You’re still within comfortable walking distance of the beach and the local town area, so it feels secluded without being isolated. The property is new, spotless, has excellent Wi-Fi, and the owner is genuinely lovely.
