I loved everything, especially the owners, Pearl and Ranjan. They treated us like their own children—they are truly wonderful people. The breakfast was delicious; Pearl is an amazing cook, and Ranjan joined us for a walk around the area. If we ever return to Matale, this will undoubtedly be our stop again. Thank you for everything. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 3 km from Sigiriya Rock. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and extremely peaceful. It is a bit outside the main town, which makes it a perfect place to stay if you want to be immersed in nature and more secluded from the crowds. It is a pretty short drive to Sigyria and Pidurangala Rock. The rooms are large, beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and all the food was excellent. There is a lovely observation deck where you can watch the sunrise, play cards and relax with a cup of tea. There is a beautiful view of both Sigyria and Pidurangala Rock from the observation deck, and this was a highlight for us. Everyone working at the hotel is very kind and wants to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend - we would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable, the people were very friendly and helpful. We didn't see many bugs considering that we were in the jungle. Our stay was very pleasant, the breakfast was very good.

The owner and his family were wonderful! Made us a great complimentary breakfast. The treehouse was well appointed, wifi in our treehouse was great and there was air conditioning that we absolutely did not expect to work! We went for a swim in the pool and it was pristine! The owner helped us with a village tour and we absolutely loved it! Made the call the same day we decided and had a private tour with all the same things offered on line but much more personal. My daughter was hesitant about the oxen ride and he allowed her to visit the oxen to ensure their well being and even cut up some of their favourite leaves so she could fix them! He arranged a tuk tuk to take us to Pidurangala Rock at 4:45am. Magical morning watching the sunrise. Our tuk tuk driver was wonderful, stopped to buy us fresh coconut water to drink at no additional charge. Loved the privacy and the uniqueness of this place - first time in a treehouse! We felt safe and that meant a lot as we are a mother and daughter travelling on our own. Then, as an added bonus, when we were departing the owner brought us an etched wooden plaque to remember our stay! Thank you, again for everything

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Hotel Hideaway Garage is a recently renovated villa located in Dambulla, 19 km from Sigiriya Rock. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa provides parking on-site, an outdoor swimming pool and a 24-hour front desk. We had an amazing stay at the Hideaway Garage. It was our first day in Sri Lanka and we arrived there very early in the morning directly from the airport. Even though it was early we could already have the room without any extra charge. The host is amazing and made our stay very special. He organized everything for us for a fair price, which was great and made our first day in Sri Lanka just perfect. We climbed Pidurangala Rock and went on a Safari, where we saw a lot of elephants. It was just the perfect day. The rooms are super nice and spacious and clean. Thanks again for everything. We would definitely recommend to stay at this place.

Magnificent treatment, super clean, good location. The hotel owner was really helpful and friendly at all times. Another advantage was that there were bikes available for renting. We had the best experience biking around Sigiriya and Pirindugala, watching the temples and wonderful views from the lake. 1000% recommended!

The Room is very nice, there is a Nice Garden and also a Nice view with Balcony ! The room was very beautiful with a balcony and a perfect view on Lion Rock. The service was great as well! Everyone was so nice and helpful and everything was taken care of. They organised activites for us and also a taxi to the airport. We will come back for sure when we are in Sigiriya :)

The villa is a great place and with all the facilities you can think of, we were there to go to Pidurangala rock, plus the hosts are super friendly and helpful, they were helping us with everything both inside and outside the villa, they also provided transportation to the rock and were attentive to us during our stay, without a doubt a great villa, clean and comfortable.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. What a fantastic find. The Sigiriya Eco Tree House is a sanctuary in the jungle away from the typical tourist haunts found at famous destinations such as Sigiriya. Asitha and his wife were so welcoming and provided such a great service and experience for amazing value. The Tree House is private and secure and all the local sites and restaurants are accessible with Asitha's tuktuk if you plan ahead with him and give hunk some notice. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Sigiriya in the future.
