First of all, it's a whole floor for you in a small house, so you a completely alone and will not meet anybody on your territory :) something I wasn't expecting for such a low price actually Secondly, the renovation/decoration is amazing. White walls and floor, clean and spaceful bathroom. Again, it was completely unexpected 😅 Landlady even offered me traffic-coupons for my SIM-card due to Wi-Fi wasn't working!

House is only about 15min by bus from the city center, place is calm and there is a lot of birds around. The owner helped us when my fiance was sick, great hospitality :) Breakfast is good with beautiful view on the river below house. During our 3 weeks trip in Sri Lanka that was the only one room with fridge and iron inside!

Ok, if you are a self-driver and you have to arrive at night at the hotel the road is very, let's say interesting 🤔🙂 But when you get there it is paradise. Best rooms, best food, best breakfast, not only nice and polite employees but as well very professional. We have been in many hotels. This was for sure one of the top 3 in Sri Lanka. Overall I think it was our favourite hotel during all stay off the coast. Thanks for everything.

Everything was spotless and well maintained. I’d happily return and definitely recommend it to others.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We usually go for budget-friendly hotels, but this time we were searching for something exclusive, picturesque, and with a good vibe. That’s when we found Tea Heritage and it was everything we hoped for and more. We absolutely loved their “one couple at a time” policy. It was just the two of us in the entire property it felt like our own private resort. The suite was by far the largest bedroom and living room we stayed in during our entire trip. It’s not just a room, it’s a full-on glass pavilion with stunning mountain views. And the private pool the biggest we've ever had to ourselves was a dream. The host personally took us to a hidden sunset spot just a short walk away, and it was breathtaking. We're into yoga, and they even arranged a private yoga session with a teacher just for us. We also booked an Ayurvedic massage, and it was absolutely fabulous deeply relaxing and authentic. This place gave us privacy, nature, luxury, and a warm, personal touch. We’ll definitely be coming back next time. Tea Heritage is a rare gem a truly private and unforgettable escape.

This holiday home includes 2 bedrooms, a living room and a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. My wife and I spent two days at Rainbow Villa in Mahiyangana. It was a very nice accommodation. There were large rooms with beautiful fresh air conditioning. There were several special places that could be visited on foot from the accommodation. This accommodation had a beautiful kitchen. There were all the ingredients to make tea. This villa had the ability to cook food. We also got clean drinking water. The washroom in this villa was a place where we could clean our minds. The water in the bathroom was also good. There was hot water in the bathroom. The Mahiyangana Rajamaha Viharaya was within walking distance. Since the Mahiyangana Sorabora Lake was located very close to this villa, we were able to take a bath. The owner of this villa was very humble and kind and provided us with all the facilities we needed with a smile. We had good security. We got the food we needed very deliciously. The past two days are a beautiful memory that will never be forgotten in life. We will come back to Rainbow Villa soon. Thank you for all the hospitality.
